Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and using our take-home oral care products — including teeth whitening kits, whitening strips, and electric toothbrushes — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Intended Use Our products are intended for cosmetic and oral hygiene purposes only. Whitening products are designed to lighten the shade of natural teeth and do not treat disease. Clinical outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

2. Clinical Suitability

By proceeding with use, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
   
• You are not pregnant or breastfeeding (whitening products)
   
• You do not have untreated dental pathology, including caries, periodontal disease, oral lesions, infections, or exposed dentine
   

If any of the above conditions are present or suspected, whitening should not be commenced without prior dental assessment.

3. Professional Disclaimer

Our products do not replace professional dental examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of these products does not constitute dental advice or establish a practitioner–patient relationship.

4. Instructions for Use

All products must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions:

• Whitening kits and strips must not be used more frequently or for longer durations than recommended.
   
• Electric toothbrushes should be used as directed and maintained according to care guidelines.
  Incorrect or excessive use may result in enamel irritation, tooth sensitivity, or soft tissue discomfort.

5. Adverse Effects

Transient tooth sensitivity and mild gingival irritation are recognised side effects of whitening. Should symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use immediately and consult a dental professional.

6. Dental Restorations

Whitening products do not alter the colour of existing restorations, including crowns, veneers, fillings, bridges, implants, or dentures. Colour mismatch may occur.

7. Outcomes

Whitening results depend on enamel structure, baseline tooth shade, lifestyle factors, and compliance with instructions. No specific outcome or shade improvement is guaranteed.

8. Returns & Infection Control

For hygiene and infection control reasons, opened or used products are non-refundable. Unopened products may be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or adverse outcome resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to clinical suitability guidelines.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
